This special edition of our Panda's Choice Belgian Tripel spent nearly a year resting in a Tokaji barrel (pronounced TOE-kai), once home to a sweet and lush Hungarian dessert wine. The result? A beautifully layered beer with notes of wildflower honey, caramel, dried apricot, baking spices, and delicate rose petals. LIMITED RELEASE - ON TAP FRIDAY NOV 21ST.

Our Chai Spiced Belgian Quad Winter Ale is back! We infused this seasonal brew with Chai spices to create a fantastic beer to savor through the fall and winter season. A bold but balanced beer, with cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg chai spices on a background of sweet dried fruit.

We amped up the Golden Promise, oats, and wheat in the grist to create the perfect hazy canvas on which we painted an insane amount of New Zealand Motueka and Pacific Northwest Citra hops. The result is a dazzling array of tropical fruit and citrus, with lychee, passionfruit, mango, lime, Valencia orange, and grapefruit pith all playing a role in a sneakily quaffable Imperial Hazy.

This clean, crisp and refreshing West Coast IPA comes to life with notes of freshly cut pine sprigs, ruby red grapefruit, and a hint of fresh mango.  We brewed this version with Columbus and Amarillo hops layered on pilsner and two row malt with a touch of white wheat and Weyermann Carahell for a classic West Coast IPA profile.

Mango, mojito lime, and peach burst forward from the Motueka & Mosaic hops on a lush bready malt backbone. Moderately sweet but balanced with a touch of bitterness, this is one of our favorite Robots yet!

Saison is back! This Belgian-style farmhouse ale greets you with citrus and pepper from the saison yeast, and nuanced floral notes from the noble hops, layered on a light background of biscuity malt. It finishes refreshingly crisp, clean, and dry.

This deep golden Belgian Tripel features notes of cracker, vanilla bean, clove, lemon zest, and orange blossom.

A reimagined version of last year's Lateral Drift, we bumped up the body and added layers of caramel and chocolate malts to this rich, lush, and silky imperial stout. Notes of cocoa nibs, fresh roasted coffee beans, and dark candied fruit all come from a complex malt bill, accompanied by a balanced and earthy bitterness from English East Kent Goldings hops.

We used the finest German weiner malz (er, Vienna malt as we would say here in the states...) to create a soft-but-rich malty base with notes of toasted bread crust. Yet the beauty of this beer is in the dry and crisp finish with just the right touch of bitterness from the German noble hops. Prost!

This crisp crusher has an old school twist with Columbus to add just the right touch of citrus, floral, and earthy hop notes to a super easy drinking and refreshing cream ale.

A malty pilsner base starts clean with a hint of sweetness, but finishes refreshingly dry with light and balanced floral and herbal notes from continental Hallertau Mittelfrueh hops. We're excited to bring Chad Faulstick's award-winning recipe to the HGB stage.

We started with the best European Pilsner malt to create a clean, crisp, and crackery base, then layered in continental Hallertau Mittelfrueh and Saphir hops through the boil, whirlpool, and dry hop to impart a beautiful floral and herbal accent throughout.
